I’m Vania Pace — property manager, host, and your local connection to Rome.
I started Vi Home in 2025 because I saw something missing in Rome’s short-term rental scene: a host who actually cares. Not a management platform. Not an algorithm. A real person who answers the phone, knows the apartment, and treats every guest like a friend visiting the city for the first time.
I personally manage every aspect of each property — from interior design and guest communication to maintenance and legal compliance. When you book one of my apartments, you’re not getting a corporate check-in code. You’re getting me. I handle everything: the welcome, the recommendations, the last-minute requests, the fresh towels.
That’s not a tagline. It’s how I work.

How I Think About Hospitality
Rome gets millions of visitors every year. Most of them stay in places where nobody knows their name. I wanted to build something different — a small portfolio of handpicked apartments where every detail is intentional, and every guest gets the kind of attention that only a local host can provide.
I keep my portfolio deliberately small. Four properties, four neighborhoods, four distinct experiences. This isn’t about scale — it’s about quality. I know the best coffee near each apartment, the quietest park for morning walks, the restaurant where you should sit outside on Thursday evenings. That kind of knowledge doesn’t come from a database. It comes from living here.
I chose each neighborhood for a specific reason. Montesacro for families who want space and authenticity. Flaminio for design lovers near Piazza del Popolo. Monti for first-timers who want to be close to everything. Trastevere for couples looking for Rome at its most romantic. Different neighborhoods, different rhythms — but the same standard of care across every property.
For property owners, this approach means something specific: your home is not a number in a spreadsheet. I treat every property as if it were my own. I design the interiors, coordinate maintenance, handle guest communication, manage pricing, and navigate Italy’s evolving regulatory landscape — all so you don’t have to.
Four Apartments, Four Neighborhoods
Every apartment in the Vi Home collection sits in a neighborhood I chose for a reason. Each one offers a different way to experience the city — because there’s no single version of Rome.
Aniene Guest House — Montesacro. A residential area along the Aniene river where Romans actually live. Morning runs along the riverbank, local markets, zero tourist crowds. Perfect for longer stays and families who want the real Rome beyond the centro storico.
V3 Flaminio Boutique — Flaminio. Steps from Piazza del Popolo and the MAXXI museum. This is Rome’s art and design district — galleries, aperitivo bars, and the kind of neighborhood where architecture students sketch on cafe terraces.
La Casa di G — Monti. Rome’s oldest rione and its coolest. Vintage shops, artisan workshops, wine bars that open at 5 PM and don’t close until late. Just minutes from the Colosseum but with the energy of a village.
Altiora Luxury Loft — Trastevere. Cobblestone streets, ivy-covered facades, the best food in the city. Trastevere is Rome at its most romantic — and Altiora puts you right in the middle of it, in a modern loft that balances character with comfort.
